DIGITAL CAMERA WITH BUILT-IN PROJECTOR

Nikon announce the world’s first compact digital camera with an unexpected feature of a camera—a built-in projector. Nikon Coolpix S1000pj will let you shoot photos in the day, and share the memory with your friends in the evening.

Small projector is a cool gadgets, but when combine with the camera there are mix responses in digital photography community.

I hope Canon will reply with this by adding coffee machine into new EOS (MatejMM on DPS)

One of the problem I personally concern about is the battery life. Most photographer prefer their battery life to last longer, but with built-in projector it would consume more power.

The new Nikon Coolpix S1000pj is available from Amazon for pre-order at S429.95, but availability and price differ from region to region.
